Jim Hunter began his career as a full-time professional photographer in 1984 after leaving his management position at a computer manufacturer in Houston, Texas.
Since 1994 Jim has lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he specializes in simple, elegant food photography concentrating on traditional American foods and particularly foods of the American southwest as well as still life, small product and lifestyle photography assignments on location for editorial, corporate and advertising clients and similar subjects for stock.
